Lea Michele’s Workout — Her $10 Fitness Trick: A Jump Rope
On Dec. 28, she posted a photo of her post-workout — and she still looked gorgeous! She wrote: “Today’s workout kicked my butt!!! #Livingthefitlife.”

In the photo, she is holding a jump rope. Jumping rope is a excellent cardio exercise. Fitness magazine says you can burn approximately 135 calories in just 10 minutes with this workout.


Plus, you can get a great jump rope for about $10! It’s also great to pack on a vacation because it’s small and light. No more excuses!

Lea does change up her workouts a lot. On Dec. 20, she posted a picture of herself doing hot yoga. On Nov. 6, she posted the view from the top of her mountain hike — which is a totally free way to work out!

She loves to eat healthy as well and frequently posts her meals. She loves the juices from Earth Bar and eats avocado on toast for breakfast (Gwyneth Paltrow‘s recipe)!
