BLAKE LIVELY and Ryan Reynolds welcomed their first child just before the New Year at their home in Bedford, New York, it has been reported. Both mother and baby, who is thought to have arrived much earlier than expected, are said to be well.
"The baby came early but everyone is happy and healthy," a source told US Weekly. "The Bedford house is all prepared. They're going to stay up there for the baby's first days."
Lively and Reynolds met in 2010 on the set of superhero film Green Lantern and married in 2012. The actress confirmed that she was expecting back in October via her Preserve lifestyle site but didn't reveal the baby's anticipated due date.
The baby's gender and name has not yet been revealed, but if Reynolds has his way it's sure to be an interesting one.
